- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed through our website.
Return Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are available for selected products only. The return details for each product can be found on the respective product page. Please note that the return policy may be updated without prior notice.
- If a pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes for Returns:
- Items must be unused and unwashed to maintain hygiene standards.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page; otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
